Offering Guests a Local Blend of America’s Best Food, Spirits, and Music Set to Open in Mountain View and Cupertino
From opening in a historic, 107 year old building in Mountain View, to building a brand new dining destination in Cupertino, Eureka! Restaurant Group is opening two unique restaurants in Silicon Valley in Spring 2016. The all-American food concept focuses on offering distinct atmospheres in each restaurant through inventive design aesthetics, exceptional rotating beverage programs, weekly events, and local entertainment.

While keeping consistent with the all-American values, both locations are extremely unique. With a steampunk design and a turn of the century architectural building, Eureka! opens in Downtown Mountain View at the corner of Castro and Villa. The expansive restaurant embraces the historical roots of this 107 year old building with classic red brick walls, hex tile floors, tufted booths, and reclaimed wood throughout the entire space.
Cupertino features an entirely different look, feel, and atmosphere, with its simple yet elegant design showcasing a rustic charm. It provides a contemporary and open feel with three-story vaulted ceilings and a patio to provide an al fresco dining experience. The bar features an antique mirror background and an intricately designed glass liquor cabinet to showcase the over 50 different small-batch whiskey options.
The beverage program at Eureka! revolves around the restaurant’s commitment to serving all-American craft beer, regional wines, both accompanied by a selection of over 50 small-batch whiskeys and specialty cocktails, ensuring a premium product that is highly sought after. Signature cocktails include classic recipes like the house Old Fashioned, made the way your grand pappy drank it with Old Overholt Rye Whiskey, bitters, fresh orange zest and a block of ice and contemporary creations like the Moscow Mule featuring California distilled Ascendent American Star Vodka, housemade ginger lime syrup, and citrus; and Rosemary’s Ruby Red with Junipero gin, rosemary, grapefruit, and citrus offer guests modern cocktails with quality ingredients.
Additionally, a special off-menu selection features various hard-to-get and strictly allocated whiskeys like Pappy Van Winkle and offerings from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection available to the most discerning whiskey drinkers.

Mountain View is located on 191 Castro St, Mountain View, CA 94041.
