Post Street Jubilee is Saturday, September 22 in downtown San Jose. Come celebrate health with us in honor of National Gay Men’s HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.
For the sixth year, Project MORE Foundation and the Santa Clara County Public Health Department will host the outdoor party to better health along Post Street and Lightston Alley from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
We offer several FREE health related services at Jubilee: Rapid HIV & Hepatitis C Testing, STD Testing, PrEP/PEP Consultation, General Health Screenings, and Flu Shots.
